It’s been a long-held aim to build a support network for New Earth Academy alumni as they finish the intensive academy training and prepare to navigate the professional industry.

We launched a new pilot mentorship scheme for New Earth Academy as one of its creative legacy pathways. New Earth Academy Mentorship Scheme offers 1 to 1 mentoring for selected New Earth Academy recent alumni looking to further their artistic journey in writing and/or performing and who wish to become a part of a supportive community of academy alumni mentors and mentees as the academy network grows.

The mentees are graduates from this year's New Earth Academy. The mentors are academy alumni actively working in the industry, previous winners of Constellation Creatives Bursary and writers from our Professional Writers Programme.
